The composition of Alloys we use to fabricate your crowns is available upon request. Veneering porcelain used for Crown & Bridge Restorations is a high or low fusing material from the most famous porcelain maker on the market such as Noritake EX-3, Vita VM-13, IPS D.Sign, VMK MASTER, Creation CC.

To ensure the accuracy of the fit every step of the fabrication is checked under 20x microscope. The proximal contacts are checked on the solid model and occlusal contacts are fitted strictly to your specifications.

We exercise the highest precision of shade matching using VITA 3D-MASTER shade system,original VITA shade guide, Ivoclar’s Chromoscope, and other available shade guide systems on the market. For fabrication of gingival porcelain we will provide you with our very own shade guide system containing 6 different shades of gingival porcelain.

Zirconia is a natural resource material. It is one of the oldest and most common elements in the terrestrial crust of Earth and it is the base for Zirconia (Zirconium dioxide ZrO2.) The studies of Zirconium dioxide show that it has outstanding fracture toughness and chemical resistance. Tests conducted on Zirconia prove that there is no allergic reaction to this material. It is a naturally translucent material. Zirconia’s qualities allow create naturally looking, durable, and highly aesthetic restorations. Biocompatibility of this material is superb, homogenic surface allows smooth polishing with no abrasion. Feldspathic Porcelain

Feldspathic veneers and crowns use a layering technique where layers of porcelain are laid down and the tooth is grown, much like a pearl or natural tooth grows to create Feldspathic veneers. This gives a natural, vivid, lustrous appearance to the veneers that create the most natural, life-like, smile makeovers that can be achieved.

We use both platinum foil and refractory model technique depending on the case condition. By hand layering Feldspathic porcelain, our ceramists create veneers of dynamic beauty and pearl-like translucency. Feldspathic veneers can be made as thin as 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm which requires far less tooth reduction than other veneering alternatives. These remarkable veneers are indicated for slight contour and color changes, and are available in bleach shades. Utilizing diagnostic wax-up and study models are imperative to create an ultimate result for your patients.

IPS emax®

The new IPS e.max® Press material is the newest technology achievement from Ivoclar Vivadent. The form, fit, and function it delivers are superb! Its flexural of 400 MPA and advanced optical properties distinguish this product among other pressible ceramics. It works equally well for anterior and posterior crowns and 3-unit bridges up to first premolar. The wide range of shades available makes IPS e.max restorations one of the best aesthetic solutions.

As an option IPS e.max may be manufactured using our CAD/CAM facility. The flexural strength of this type of restoration is 360 MPA . You can send as a STL file from your intraoral scanner and we will complete your restoration within just 3 working days!
